How to format an international call
In international number notation, begin with the plus sign and the destination country calling code, followed by the destination number in its international format. When dialing with an access prefix instead, that prefix depends on the originating network. Trunk-prefix rules also vary by destination; do not automatically remove a leading zero. For current instructions, check the relevant carrier or numbering authority.
